The expansion of the client’s activities led to the opening of a new branch located in Obarrio. A new establishment entails the installation of a wide infrastructure of networks, equipment, applications, etc. In addition to this, the configuration of the software used by the optometric analysis and diagnosis devices must be taken into account. Although it is true that the network infrastructure and some equipment were installed by other providers, the client required our services for some specific configuration and calibrating tasks of the equipment.
Specifically, among the work carried out is:
Recovery and extraction of customer data from the old administration system, which had become obsolete and, moreover, had stopped working.
Recovered data migration to the new system.
Advice on the purchase of a new POS system for billing in the new branch.
Software installation and configuration for the management of the clinical devices used for the ophthalmological evaluation of patients.
Installation of programs to control and monitor the activities of employees. For example: Software for blocking access to certain content or web addresses on the internet.
